the worst bank ever I cannot go to a branch without there being some stupid reason then they say you need to call them and I say if it was a big check would you call them for verifacation they say yes then why not call them now we can't today tried to cash a 2000 dollar check sorry we can't signature is not exact but the part I don't get the customer next to me cashes a check for over 10,000 no problem sorry to say he was white and I'm afro American now it's just hard to believe that 9 out of 10 customers cannot sign there name the same then they tell me to deposit it in my bank then I ask them what happens when your bank gets it they we probably will reject it hello makes no since there are even branches within 1 mile of my office that I won't even go to and I can go on and on but probably won't change nothing they just suck

Went to use notary this morning. Spouse had an account. Refused to notarize documents because I had closed my account, but not my spouse. Said it was his own discretion to deny me notary service. This bank will always suck. That is why I am out of that bank for life.
