I love that capital one allows me to deposit large amounts of coins for free, and that is one of the main reasons that i've kept my account open. The staff, while friendly, can be a bit frustrating to work with. many of them have a heavy accent and are hard to understand, and they have given me a hard time on multiple occasions. I sometimes get the feeling they are more interested in money that making their customers happy.
