Possibly the worst bank I've ever visited. Very pretentious. Thank God I don't have an account at Bank of America. Just had to cash a check yesterday signed over to me by another person who HAS A BANK ACCOUNT THERE. After they verified his bank account, they claimed they couldn't help me because they didn't have another signature on file of his to compare it to. Never heard of that before. And frankly i dont understand how someone has a bank account with you and you dont have a copy of his signature in file, especially with that type of policy. Just more red tape for this corporate giant. They didn't offer to call the person whose name and number is printed on the check. Nor bothered to help me verify that it was in fact a good check. Very poor customer service. After every question I asked, I was met will sighs and rolled eyes. Not how you want to draw people back.
