I have been banking with Eastern Bank for most of my life.  For several years I lived in western states, but no other bank provides the personalized customer experience that Eastern Bank does.  Highly recommended for anyone who wants to feel secure with their banking needs.

1/28/2017   We have never used a more custom-friendly bank branch as the Swmpscott, MA, of Eastern Bank.   Their personal bankers are amazing--personable, always helpful, providing informed 2017 modern service in a 1940's-like small town atmosphere within the highly populated Greater Boston area.  Everyone there is A+.  The Swampscott branch of Eastern Bank and, I believe, Eastern Bank branches everywhere are marvels.
