I’ve been customer with td bank for couple years now ... and I didn’t have any problem with any of customer services they always being nice ... but since I moved to Salem,ma I went twice to this brunch in Salem , and I’ve been deal with same person At customer service at counter , I felt that she was not nice !! Not even one smile when you talk to her ??!!!!! And what make me say that is because I saw the deference in her attitude !!! Because the two times I went there .there were customers before me and I saw the deference !!! She is smile and taking nice with these customers , but once it’s my turn to talk with her I feel big deferent ( no smile ! No thank u !! ..... etc) so I’m wondering why that deference to talk from person to person !!!!!!!!!

TD bank sucks, this location especially. I don't make a lot of money. I called about an initial charge that didn't make sense to me. They acted all surprised "we have no idea why this is here, we need to look into it, we'll call you back" -- TWO WEEKS LATER I still didn't have my money back OR had my call returned. After calling 2 more times yesterday I got put on hold for 15 minutes and hung up. I drove over today, and it was a total waste of time -- as soon as I got there they told me to expect another 14 dollar fee next month because I only had 97 in my account at the moment, that I was charged another 14 from having 97 in my account 2 months ago, but that I was being charged an additional 35 because the 1st 14 dollar fee didn't go through until a MONTH later. So I had NO idea my rent check was gonna make my balance a few dollars under ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS. Like seriously? I'm paying all these fees because of being a few dollars under 100 dollars one time, when I wasn't notified of a charge... and then having it turn into a mess of fees a month later(BECAUSE CORPORATIONS RUIN WEALTH DISTRIBUTION AND WANT EVERY CONSUMER PENNY) There's no doubt I'm being charged for their inability to get back to me when I initially called. I wouldn't have gone under had I known about the initial 14 dollar charge. This unexpected charge stuff has happened MANY times on my account, but in the past they've always said it was a mistake. But then it happened multiple times last year, including when I've had well over 1000 dollars in my account, and I should have, but didn't speak up about it. Sometimes these charges are BS; it happened when I was younger and the Reading bank took the charges right away. However, corporate TD must be cracking down on how much money they want to take from people who really don't make any; they must really want to reach into people's pockets who can't afford to keep 100 dollars in their account so that they can capitalize. I mean, how many people are broke in this country? 3 dollars x millions of people, that's really adds up! Thanks TD bank, I'm a teacher aide with 2 degrees and I make 16,000 dollars a year; but I'm glad you're cool with taking another 68 dollars of mine this month: 2 14 dollar fees, a 35 dollar fee, and now 5 dollars a month for the account so I can still continue to have a bank account when I don't even have 100 dollars. ROBBERY. Do yourself a favor and sign up at Salem Five. This place is a corporate hellhole.
