The line is literally to the door. There are at least 5 employees that I can see in the branch and only 2 teller windows open. One girl even came over to help a teller and then when she was done helping she just walked back to her desk. No care that there were literally over 25 customers in line. absolutely absurd. Will not be back

Too cheap to higher more tellers, the manager is behind the counter.  He should be on the floor helping other people. For an hour I've been waiting to access safe deposit box. They never answer the phone. This is a bank for people who like being treated like garbage.

These people know nothing about customer service. Horrible experience,  no one greets you, and everyone stands around like they are entitled, and customers are put last here, not priority; rude staff. The atm took my money and I needed assistance, these people didn't even care!!! So I left and made sure to leave this so the owners can be aware; and I am not the only one I see who feels this way.

Best to go when you have a day off. After i got sick of calling with no one answering the phone i decided to go on my day off. I went to this location. The greeter was so friendly and had me signed in, wait time was 10 minutes. I sat down with the financial advisor who also works for Merryl Lynch. I wanted to apply for a secured credit card. He told me I'm  pre approved for what's called a Partially Secured card in the system. He assured me that I would be approved so I trusted his advice, however, two hours later when I called the number as instructed by him, I was denied. I have left two messages so far from the business card he gave me and he has not returned my calls. His  voicemail message by the way says he returns calls by the end of the business day. Needless to say, I am not satisfied with this service,  I was misinformed and now it seems I'm also being ignored as a customer for so many years. Very disconcerting.

Avoid this branch at all cost, Understaffed,  long wait to do anything. IF YOU HAVE ALL DAY FREE AND NOTHING TO DO,  COME HERE, YOU MIGHT GET YOUR THINGS DONE!
