This location continues to be the worst ever !! I continue to post comments on how awful this location is, but my comments are never posted by Google. Maybe Bank of America is paying Google, to not post negative comments.....just a thought.
My most recent experience at this location .....I arrived at exactly the time the bank opened. There were 3 folks ahead of me and 1 active teller. Yep, 1 teller.

The  worst part was ....there was an assistant manager Cynthia and a new teller Billy, training at a station. The customer line has now increased to 10 people , what a sad sight.

The assistant manager Cynthia never acknowledged the customers. Maybe she is trained to IGNORE customers in line, especially when the line continues to get longer and longer. 

The trainee Billy,  had an attitude that reflected "he didn't care because he is still getting paid regardless"...lol. He looked tired because he was constantly yawning. I was able to assess all of this while I patiently wanted in line for 45 minutes. I also made new friends in line,  we stood and complained to each other.

New day, same story. A day in the life at Bank of America. Horror Story.
