Banked with them for around four years.  Everyone has been pleasant, and professional.  I walked in one day to cash a check, a woman off the platform greeted me.  I often wear a cap indicating I am a Viet Nam Vet.  She asked me if I was a Veteran (silly I know, the cap and all) She took me to her desk and explained Chase has a special checking account for Veterans.  Offered free checking, no min. balance, free cashiers checks, and other things.  I was both grateful, and impressed.  That's the reason I gave them five stars.

The employees there were very rude and unprofessional. They spoke over me and didn’t let me speak. They gave me a hard time when I only came to do one simple transaction. That was my first and last time going to this branch.

I will never bank with chase again take them 2 weeks to clear my check and they dont have a explanation to why its taking them so long.

Unable to schedule an appointment. Left message for a call back. There was only one other person ahead of me and it took 4 hours to call me back. Ended up closing my account in frustration.

The personal banker Alison is so great. Every time I have asked her for something she has delivered with exactly what I had hoped for! I switched from Bank of America and I am so glad I did. Not only are the sign-up and credit card bonus' great with Chase, but dealing with someone like her just makes it that much better. Thank you SO much Allison!!
