I am a customer and this is my local branch. I have both a checking account and my home mortgage is with BoA. The tellers are friendly, but that is about all I compliment about it. The bank itself required notarized documents from me, and they don't even have a notary. When I asked about recast of my mortgage they looked at me as if I was speaking a foreign tongue. The best they can do is inform me to call their customer service by phone.

worst bank of america there is. hate both representatives. they give out wrong information and i had to come in every other week to fix the problems.

Great customer service the staff is friendly, polite, and overall helpful. With that being said.. There is always a line here whether its to use the ATM machine or to speak with a teller, you cannot escape it being so close to Penn Campus and all. If you don't have much patience I suggest you visit the nearest banking center from this one, or use the online banking app. 

Also, parking here is a nightmare so I would suggest you park somewhere "legally" and just walk here or you're liable to get a ticket. Parking Authority doesn't play around in this area of the city..
