Been coming to this bank for 7 yrs, it's true sometimes you have to wait for more than 30 mins in line but well it is what it is. Stuff is friendly and polite. Got lower interest in my car financing from this bank than what the  dealership offered me.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STAFF TAKE THEIR SWEET TIME TALKING TO MUCH ALWAYS A LONG LINE ....😱👎😖😤😫.

Stood in line with 2 ppl in front for 30 minutes!!!! Tellers joking and spending time longer then needed. Having personal questions. Management useless. People getting angry and they laughed. Need more staff on peak hours. Or have management step in when needed.

This bank always had more employees standing around with the appearance of doing nothing than tellers actually doing something. Management is a joke.  It is faster to drive to another BofA than it is to wait in this line.
