Management of this bank has become unbearable.  Cellars don't know how to do even the most simple of tasks and manager is very unfriendly and hard to understand.  I've done buisiness here for over a decade and have cashed the same checks every week yet everytime there is a new stellar I have to pitch a fit to deposit a check as cash.  I've had enough it is time to take my buisiness elsewhere.

BOK in BA is my bank of choice without any question! I've had such a pleasurable experience banking with them. The teller Natalie goes above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. BOK helped me get through college, and are currently helping me with my mortgage. Great job!! Keep up the fantastic work guys!!!!! = )

Good banking experience for financing my new car. Only thing is the hispanics who go to the one i use have very little english so a group of several on MANY occassions got rude to the teller when she told them eventhough the check is written on their bank they still must have I.D's with their photos on them, instead of going to get state I.D's less than 4 miles away, they were bullying toward her with 3 lines opened, about 20 people were being held up until a couple of the office people (loan officers) started taking payments using one of the drive through registers. I really feel sorry for those tellers.

Good bank corporation, branch is nice as well. If you don't like banks, however i would stay away. This bank is in around 9 states and does not bend an inch for their policies.

Bank of Oklahoma let someone besides myself into my safety deposit box and they stole jewelry.  They would not review the video tapes without a court order.  When I obtained the court order they said they no longer had the video tapes.  Bank of Oklahoma keeps poor records.  I was a signer on an account and they lost the paperwork.  They didn't follow through with death paperwork so doing anything with this bank takes at least 3 trips.  Poor customer service.  Calls don't get returned in a timely manner.  Poor record keeping.  Stay away.
