Worst bank I’ve ever had the displeasure of banking with. My wife and I went in looking to open a joint checking and savings account. The supposed “trained” financial rep my wife initially encountered not only failed to open a savings account for us, he insinuated to my wife that I was cheating when she told him that I worked long hours and wasn’t able to make it in with her during their weekday hours of operation. When we were told my presence was needed I accompanied my wife for a second encounter with a different financial rep, we successfully opened the savings account that the first failed to open and added my name to the account. We then realized they were using my wife’s old name and refused to change it even after being shown a state driver’s license, social security card and marriage license all showing her new name. So we go to a different location where we were met with much less hostility and more cooperation. The financial rep at this location agreed to change the name on the account for my wife and told us that we may need to come back with the identification again if need be. A week later we received a letter in the mail stating we were no longer welcome to bank with arvest and that our accounts were being closed (never even receiving our debt card in the mail). Clearly arvest does not understand the importance of a correct name, should either or both of us pass away an incorrect name would cause MAJOR problems to the executors and inheritance of our will. The credit union my wife’s personal account is held with had no hiccups or issues in changing her name with such hard evidence of the legal name change. Arvest has a LONG way to go in customer service and policy. I’m taken aback by this outrageous sequence of events and will gladly never return as their letter to us asks. Despicable.

You need more than one ATM at this location.  Considering the amount of older folks and traffic volume there's ALWAYS a person holding up the line when I go.    ~>   today it was completely out of order.                  *Since I posted this last;   it's been out of order 6 different times. I've spent $18 on transaction fees having to use other ATM's since I don't have time to spend 20 minutes inside every time i need cash.      Today it completely broke attempting to print my receipt and would not close out no matter what I tried. .   I get to worry if my account is being robbed all day since It got stuck without verifying the transaction was finished.          - I'm going to take the complaints up a notch and E-mail corporate and file a complaint inside with a manager.   Unacceptable on so many levels.

Always have the worst experience at this bank. Have to wait forever in the commercial lane which has made me late getting back to work and getting my store open multiple times. The tellers don't seem to be too bothered with the fact that they have people waiting for extended periods of time or with customer service. Overall, very unhappy with this location.

min on the drive thru another 10min at the window.. I can see a long line inside and only 2 bank tellers.. too bad it hapens in almost every Arvest bank..looking for a better fast service...they will give a email and number to discuss.. pshh JUST FIX THE PROBLEM.! Just a fyi if your a contractor like me dont use the commercial Line. I was over 1hr late to meet my employees.. it adds up to 8hrs and about  $150 dollar I spend just for a stupid staff at this bank
