Jay, Rachel and Barclay are the absolute best!!!  In addition to my commercial loan, all of my business and personal accounts are here.   I typically use the Beach Drive and Central Avenue locations to do my banking.   The excellent customer service (and staff) have stayed the same during the transition from C1.   I've had the unfortunate experience of using three other banks since moving to Saint Pete in '09 and this one is bar far the best.

This branch says it's open on Saturday but number goes to general inbox. Probably was open before the change to Bank of Osucks. Now I'm stuck twiddling my thumbs until Monday. You realize that business owners work weekends right?  *Disclaimer, still like my C1 staff at the 4th street branch. Saving grace at this point.

Since the beginning of the change over from C1 to Ozarks customer service declined. The feel of a "local" bank is gone. No deposits at ATMs. I had to go and pick up my new debit card in person as they deactivated my C1 card before issuing the new Ozarks card. Looking for a new bank.
