Been using them for a few years now. There are some customer service issues with the 800 number, but that's nothing unexpected. I've never had anything but a positive experience working with the tellers in both the Moses Lake and Everett locations. They are my primary financial institution of choice. I was glad to see them move out here.

The 800 number sends you in circles for long lengths of time that you don't need to waste since most of the questions will get you referred back to your local branch. If your local branch phones are busy you end up back in the 800 number que and wait wait wait. The Moses Lake branch though is friendly and helpful if you can reach them especially Rebecca. Thank you for your help after being so frustrated!! Good job
