I switched from Horizon to GranCo about a year ago. I am very glad I did, it has been an amazing transition. They are always extremely helpful and know what they are talking about, never once have I had an issue. I've never dealt with the office in Ephrata in person, but over the phone they have been great! I have recommended this place to all my coworkers.

Without going into grave detail, this credit union has very poor customer service and rapport. If someone is short with me once in a while, fine, everyone has bad days. But the MANAGER of this credit union is down right rude and blatently disrespectful EVERY time I come in, and judging by the chats I have had with other customers/members and the interactions I have witnessed her have with members other than myself I am appalled she still holds her title. I recommend taking your banking needs else where, to a credit union that has better customer service and holds themselves to a higher standard than this credit union does.
