My experience with anglea and the staff there was great more than helpful and they have a wonderful bedside manner they have been very helpful in my medical needs they seem so much like they care I have what they call white coat syndrome that is where you get very high ansity and get real nervous around doctors you think they are going to tell you that you are going to die or something but anglea makes me feel at eased she is a wonderful doctor I feel very blessed to be a patient of hers if five stars is the highest rating you can give her well she deserves a ten star rating . I am not talking from no experience with doctors cause I have plenty of experience with doctors I have had over 72 bones broke in my body I have had a collapsed lung my femar was broke in three places and I still have a rod in my leg from that I have seen a lot of doctors she is one of the best by far thank you angellea so much for your service you and the staff you all are to kind

I've been coming here since I was a child. The wait times can be a little long but the staff works hard and takes good care of their clients.

One particular PA in this practice has forgotten that she works for me, not the other way around.  I call and leave messages and it seems that she doesn't even read them.  She referred me to a clinic for pain after she could not provide me the level of pain management that I need and I was treated like a drug addict, looking for my next fix.  I actually suffer from pretty extreme osteoarthritis and am trying to find treatment for the pain.  In the meantime, I do not appreciate being treated like a criminal when all I am trying to do is regain my quality of life.  I cannot play with my kids, I cannot run or take the stairs and it seems that Christine Housley thinks that it is OK that I should be in severe pain.  We are very blessed to have doctors and even more blessed to have medicine.  Why would you want to keep someone in pain?  Why would you not listen to me when I tell you how severe my pain is?  The referral I got from her was a complete joke to.  I was expecting her to know that she should have sent me to an Orthopaedic Specialist but instead to a pain center where I am asked to pee in a cup.  I am not looking for my next fix, I'm looking to resume a good life with little to no pain.  I am looking to be an active Mother again, not a drug abuser.  Thank you for treating me like one.

Extreamly poor customer service. My original appt was at 3:30 pm and ended up waiting until 4:10 pm.
