Well I don't know if I loved the  2 surgeries but I certainly loved working with Dr Young and Dawn and Melissa and Kristie.  I went to 3 other surgeons and even though they gave me the same opinion I chose Dr Young for his non usual surgery personality. He was very nice, concerned  and caring and most of all a most capable and experienced surgeon. I had two shoulder surgeries one for a reverse placement and the other for a rotator tear.  Fortunately I have two shoulders but if I had three I wouldn't hesitate to use Dr. Young again.  His office staff is the best and always a pleasure to deal with even with complaints.  Glenda Lynn
