Dr. Felix cares for my 76 year old mother. He is thoughtful, compassionate and always responds to her messages personally. Since I live over 1200 miles away, knowing she is in competent hands makes me so grateful. My mom is quite a character and needs considerable reassurance; Dr. Felix treats her as a partner in choices about her health needs and consistently goes above and beyond- never rushing her and making sure she understands things thoroughly. Im so glad she has him as her primary care doc!

Dr. Kevin Felix and Victor Palomares misdiagnosed my condition for several years and it may cost me my leg. Their bedside manner was reassuring but their care was poor.  Office personnel, Pam and others, frequently forgot prescriptions, to schedule tests, or have test results available, which required 2 or 3 additional appointments to complete. The care provided to my children over several years was also deficient in quality. I am quite disappointed that I stayed as long as I did.

Dr. Felix is compassionate, thorough and an amazing human being.  Best general practitioner I've ever encountered.
