Long Story Short...if you have no regard for your elderly mom or dads welfare...want to spend tons of your insurance money on completely unnecessary dead end tests...and have no problem with the Walmart Greeter Personalities that carry the same Medical Credentials..."This" is the place to go. The level of incompetence here is "Stunning"
The only reason I rated this place "1" out of "5" Stars...is because "0" is not an option.

This use to be an amazing hospital. It has done nothing but go down In the tubes. The staff is rude and they don't care. You can tell they are just there to get a paycheck. The wait is horrible. Use to you could be in er no more than 30 mins and be seen. I sat in waiting room for over 4 hours and never got seen. People were in waiting longer than that. This hospital has done nothing but turned into a joke.

Came to the ER for pain in my eye. Filled out the initial form with my name and basic info and then sat down to wait my turn. 6 people.... Not 1 or 2, but SIX different patients came into ER well after I did, and they were all checked in and brought to the back to be treated..... An hour and a half later (after I was the only person in the waiting room for 25 minutes) I had still not heard my name called, so I went back to the receptionist to see what was going on. They seriously asked me if I had filled out a form and checked in. My response was "yes ma'am.... SIX patients ago. So I'm assuming that my social security number is just floating around somewhere... That's nice". They found it discarded in the bin with the others and apologized, then got me checked in. After another 30 minutes I was finally taken to a room.... Where I was told 3 different times "we didn't forget about you, the DR will be right in".... I am sitting here TWO HOURS LATER and have heard every other patient in this ER be seen, treated, and discharged. The DR has YET to come into my room to check out my eye. This is absolutely ridiculous and the most horrible experience at a hospital I have EVER had. I understand that the ER works by priority and not order or arrival. But I've heard these patients stories and symptoms for the past 2 + hours and I am telling you that some of these symptoms are MUCH less severe than having vision problems and my eye nearly swollen shut!!! What an embarrassment of a "hospital"!!! Thank God I am not in a serious emergency.... DRIVE ELSEWHERE!!!

A hospital that runs unnecessary test for the money. Was sent directly from Easley Urgent Care with blood work in hand, they said they would run their own test, had me do CT scan then said they have no clue and was sent home with the pain I came in with, two weeks and I still hurt. Hospital is called a Baptist Hospital but it’s just a cover for crooks. Had to give one star just to rate, should be talking to a lawyer.
