They prorate your first month you start but not when you leave. I got a call saying they rented my unit out after I called and asked about cancelling and they needed me to come take the lock off or they were going to cut it. A lock that they charge you for. Even though I had already paid for the entire month. They obviously don't check the units either when people leave or before they start. Wouldn't recommend this place.

There's a tenant living there and smoking in one of the storage units. Unit 117. I've called and told the property managers and they've done nothing. So, when the place goes up in flames, we'll know why. Not to mention, all my stuff stinks of cigarette smoke.

Supposed to be a climate controlled unit I rented. But I keep a temp and humidity monitor in my unit and it's not maintaining the parameters I was told. Mentioned it to one of the employees and was told that they monitor it closely so I must be wrong.

1st class storage facility, gated, 24 hour keypad access, cameras, varying sizes.  Only facility in the area with climate-controlled storage options
