Switched from Verizon back to T-Mobile because of the deceptive practice from Verizon.  They are way more helpful than any Verizon associate ever offered.  If you do come to the store come see Katie she's the sweetest and helpful person I've ever met.  Also as far as these other comments about Ray Ray has was super helpful and really another big part of why we switched back to T-Mobile.
Keep away from Verizon promos they never honor them and never help you with the promos.

It's an amazing experience to shop here as a consumer, it's also an amazing company. I'd highly recommend this company, Paul is one of the best employees to my opinion.

Went in to inquire about a tablet promotion they had. The female associate informed us that the tablet was free except for the $10 a month charge that is added to the monthly bill. My wife asked what the "catch" was as there usually is with promotions.  The associate waved her hand at my wife and said in with a snotty attitude "there's no catch,  it is what it is. It's s back to school promotion." I then asked her how long the promotion was going on and she told us "she didn't know, I guess until we run out of tablets and we only have 14 left" 

Worst T-Mobile experience ever and will not be coming back to this store.
