So I had booked Louis for Tuesday for his tiger art hair colour job with Julia the groomer. She sent me a message today saying that her boss wants to charge me double the previously quoted price. $165 x2 = 330. Now I get an artist wanting to charge more for time and work. But when you originally quoted me a price I feel like it's better business for you to stick to the original pricing, and let me know for next time. So that I could be a repeat customer even if it's just for the grooming. I get Louis groomed every two months... sometimes more often. So say he lives 14 more years ( we all know he's going to live forever) just the regular grooming is $100. They'd be making roughly $8400 off of me. Plus tip.  Maybe businesses don't need regular customers. Or recommendations.

Julia is the best groomer! Fast and efficient and so conscientious of the specific pet she is working with. Great selection of inexpensive grooming tools and lots of toys and great little Easter event as well!

Had our miniature schnauzer groomed here last Fall, and we weren't too pleased with the cut. Certain areas near my dog's ears and legs weren't symmetrically trimmed, and we had to trim our dog ourselves once we got home. Perhaps it was a busy Saturday afternoon? 
However this store does stock a good variety of food products and toys for our dog, and that keeps us returning.

I love Bark & Fitz ESPECIALLY the Oakville South location!! I go 5-6 times a month just to check in with the staff and see what they have new in the store. I LOVE buying my food from them they are very knowledgable when it comes to their food brands and which is the best flavors. When I went in the other day the Owner Dianne came over and helped me with my purchase of dog treats and showed me the best sellers!!! Let me tell you she was not wrong my dog just about took the bag out of my hand once I opened up the bag of treats they smelled so good!!! Incase you didn't know they also have a feeding program which I find FANTASTIC especially with 2 dogs. When you buy 12 bags of dog food you get your 13th bag for free!!! I am counting down the days till my next visit!!!

We had  a great first experience where staff greeted us as soon as we entered the establishment, very friendly! We brought our Yorkie, to see Julia, and she had given her professional assessment on suggestions for the specific breed, as well as asking us what our preferences were prior to the grooming.  We can not wait to return, and I know Dexter can't as well.
