Disappointed and angry! I've taken my two yorkipoos here for grooming a few times and they always came out looking beautiful, but incredibly stressed and thirsty. I was already wary about the fact that I was not allowed in the grooming area with them, but I let it slide. A few months ago, we took them in for grooming for the last time. My daughter and I had just dropped them off for their session and were looking around the store for treats and toys. About 5 minutes into their appointment, Marni came out of the room and started talking to the front desk worker about a dog who was bleeding. My daughter assumed that a dog had pooped blood, but I felt an uneasy feeling in my stomach. We returned home, and as the dogs were on our white sheets I noticed my female dog bleeding heavily from her paw. The groomer had clipped her nail too short, causing her to bleed profusely WHILE WE WERE STILL IN THE STORE. We were never informed of this, not immediately after it happened nor after the appointment. No one called us, nothing. We called the store, asking for assistance as we didn't know what to do. They said Marnie would call us back, and we received no call, no apology, absolutely nothing! The only extension of kindness was the fact that they told us to come back in so they could stop the bleeding. Tessie was shaking and so completely and totally terrified when she was on the bed, I can't even begin to imagine the stress she felt without us, in a strange place, injured and placed in a cage. I feel anger, disgust, and extreme resentment as their 100% honesty and disclosure policy did not take effect here. I now groom my dogs from home. They are happy and healthy and will never have to deal with these incompetent people ever again. 100% would not recommend.

Beware of their online store. Ordered an item online on their webage, they charged my account instantly....more than three weeks later i was informed that they don't have the item in stock.  Meanwhile I started getting all sorts of junk mail related to pet supplies...I  was issued a refund after threatening to complain through paypal.   Unreliable venue to conduct e-commerce !!

Our dog Patrick  has been going to Marnie for grooming for eight years.  Our dog is very dominant and strong-willed (Lhasa apso) but he is putty in her hands. She really has a wonderful way with dogs. We also have nothing but praise for her grooming.  

We also get all our pet supplies here.  Really great quality.  The staff are so friendly and always ready to help.

I have nothing but praise for Canadian Pet Connection. I was recommended to try this store, which is on the other end of town by my vet. It's worth the time, as the staff is highly knowledgeable and very polite. The product selection is very impressive given the small retail space. Highly recommend.
