Excellent service by the lady and the gentleman as well as the young boy. We just got our very first Maltese puppy and everyone at the store was very polite and helpful. Specially the lady was extremely informative and kind and gave us a lot of useful hints and tips. She was very honest and did not try to sell us extra things and would openly tell us if we picked up stuff we did not need. Will definitely go back and would highly recommend this store.

I went in to the store yesterday and I saw they have this beautiful kitten soon to be for adoption, I decided to come back today with my GF and see the possibility to adopt him when available, first we were greeted by a gentleman very polite and he told us there's a few people who already sing up but we could go in to the list anyways and apply so the best profile would get the kitten, he asked a lady to put us in the list and take our info and all went down from there, she was extremely rude about it and with a very high tone of voice told us we could not get the cat or sign up because the cat was only for families, (Wich we are), the older gentleman tried to calm her down Wich she refused, I even told her she didn't have to get mad she just could've said no but she kept going and saying that she wouldn't even write or names down and we could go to SPCA bc there's no way we could get the cat. For a pet store this is very disappointing, since u come in there with the ilusión to add a new member to the family and get turned down that way is very upsetting, we are in our way to the SPCA and look for a new family member
