The bookstore is very nice and clean but I racked up a total of $900 on books for the semester. Go to the campus bookstore on Eagle Drive and easily spend half that.

I have done business in store and online and was pleased with both the inventory and customer service. The students who work at the store have all been very helpful as well.

Pre-ordered a book, they couldn't price match because the book has not come in. When I pick up the book they won't price match because the receipt they give me is not the same as my original receipt, so they told me to come back with the book. When I go back the next day with the receipt and the book, they say that since the competitor did not have the book in stock they could not price match. They would not let me return the book because I left with the book the day before and the return period ended two days prior, which no one told me. They wasted my time for a week and a half, always having an excuse, and lying to my face.

all the prices are marked up. a pair of Samsung Level u wireless headphones from the Samsung website will run you $25. While at the book they'll set you back $59.98 + tax. I don't understand how this price gouging has been allowed to continue for so long.

UNT bookstore is closed, the contract with Follett Higher Education Group had expired and the 12 year contract with BN College began on July 1, 2013. According to the Google Maps policy, the old location that was demolished in 2012 is marked as permanently closed, and the temporary building for the new B&N Bookstore has been moved to it's permanent address and is named "Barnes & Nobles at UNT"
