Came in with about 30 minutes to spare. I was helped quickly and found the exact book I was looking for at a better price than I expected to pay. Also, my kids was so excited about ‘Elf on the Shelf’ so we purchased that as well. The cashier Jan was a blessing, she was so sweet to us. I really had a trying day and she bought Joy to my night, I’m no longer irritated. I appreciate people like that, you never know what someone is going through. Jan thanks for letting me and my kids know that it takes a village and encouraging us, it’s people like you who make the world go round. God bless you!

I've never seen a book store quite as good as this one. The shop is very well managed. Everything is organized, pleasant and customer friendly. I was quite impressed. The selection seems to be decent, I didn't expect them to sell comics and manga. They also have CD's, DVD's, toys and even a cafe next door. 5/5.

One of the largest Barnes and Nobel's in Wisconsin. This store is two stories and carries everything from books to DVDs, CDs, toys, games, ebook readers (Nooks), gifts of all sorts, etc. Access to the first floor is easy. I am uncertain if there is an elevator to access the second floor but it would be reasonable. Books are found on both floors. There is a coffee shop in the store.
