I purchased a book from Barnes and Noble because they are supposed to be a reputable company.  Five minutes after ordering I realized I had not purchased the book I wanted but a CD.  I called to cancel the order and was told I could not because it had processed already and would have to wait until it arrived and then return it at a store.  I attempted to return the item the day it arrived in the mail.  Barnes and Noble refused to allow me to return the item and said I had to contact the seller.  Not only did I receive an item I did not want, it arrived used and broken due to poor packaging.  Barnes and Noble told me it wasn't their problem because they didn't sell it.  I purchased the item from THEIR website.  How are they not responsible at all?  They refuse to assist me in any way.  The seller has no contact information that I can locate and Barnes and Noble says it is out of their hands.  Why does Barnes and Noble continue to allow this company to sell items on their website?  Who supports the customer in this situation?

Decent selection of books. Cafe has delicious muffins. Love the kids section. Guy who helped us check out was patient when I asked for a membership and even recommended the kid add-on membership when he noticed my husband with the stroller waiting in line.

The book selection here is outstanding, even for a bookstore. Almost so much so that it's hard to comprehend how many books there are; it has vinyls, which is specific to Barnes and Noble. The customer service was quick, the Starbucks finished my drink faster than actual Starbucks buildings. I highly recommend this location whether you read once in a while or you're an avid reader.

Wonderful place with a broad variety in books. Helpful friendly staff. Great selection of merchandise. Also having a Starbucks there make it comfortable place to meet friends.

I don't live in town but I love going to Barnes and noble because there's just something about going into a physical store that beats online shopping. I love how large the Manga section is, and I'm really happy they have the Persona series. I always find new books to check out when I'm there and I love the notebook selections as well as all the collectibles they have too.
