Legit. The staff is knowledgable about their inventory,  but perhaps a bit pigeon hole focused "indie" and folk music.  The selection is great,  but come with time on your hands or you'll miss the gems. The east side location is,  as a matter of opinion,  superior.

Since I just wrote a review for The Lesser Last Stop on 10th Street, I figured I'd take a little time to write something up for The Greater Last Stop on 41st Street. As I said before, the atmosphere is better here, probably because it's located in a hipper part of Sioux Falls and the other Last Stop is kind of amongst the slum. So this one is better, in case anyone out there was looking to settle an argument.

Also, there was a time when this Last Stop was known locally as The Bearded Last Stop, because it was run by a bunch of guys with really big, bushy beards. I was in there recently, and the beards have evidently lost their appeal because most of the guys there were clean-shaven.

I just bought a bunch of stuff here, too. I guess maybe that's why I'm feeling biased in favor of this particular Last Stop over that other Last Stop.

Last stop offers a nice variety of games, music, DVDs, and books. Be sure to use their punch card system to get discounts and freebies.

Every time we come to Sioux Falls we visit! They have terrific book, game and DVD selections at excellent prices. We always shop here before anywhere else!!
