I love B&N. Prices are high on regular books but great for sale books. Gave it 4 stars just because the bathrooms need to be cleaner. Allot cleaner. Otherwise love it.

Nice atmosphere to come drink coffee and look at/read books. Good Starbucks kiosk. Friendly employees. Best place in Dothan to come and kill time.

I purchased over $100.00 in books and showed an online coupon at check out. The employee sharply said, "We don't take those! Some of our stores do, we dont." Not understanding why I said, "It's for Barnes and Noble and I met the requirement." She abruptly said, "You can join our membership to get discounts, but we don't take online coupons."  There is a way to speak to customers and she definitely needed some lessons.

Prices way, way to high!!  They jack the price up high, and then give coupons. .... trying to make you think that you're getting a good deal........ ripoff!

It's Barnes & Noble. What more can i say. Best book store for this area and is set up like many other across the country. The normally have the books I need and the service is great
