The store is great if a bit overpriced. My problem is the Starbucks inside. I've never had a worse cup of coffee in my life. I got 2 iced coffee's and had to have them remade because they were obviously made from very old coffee and were filled with half an inch of grounds in the bottom. Got 2 new ones and they still tasted old and bitter but at that point I was just ready to leave. I went to another starbucks nearby to buy some cream to try and salvage it but I ended up having to throw it away because it was disgusting. As if that wasn't bad enough I also got a slice of cheesecake to go and didn't realize until too late that that was old, stale, and inedible as well. You charge $5 for your coffee and desserts and you don't make them fresh? Absolutely ridiculous.

I've never had a bad experience with Barnes and Noble. Warm atmosphere, excellent cafe, and just the general aura of the place is as close to heaven as any can find.

No greetings.  Music and DVDs pricey.  When had one in Mobile, Al, had a friendly personal atmosphere.  Good selection.  Clean.  Need to arrange musicians better for finding music.

It's a wonderful bookstore with very helpful staff but the price of the book I wanted was more than $10 higher than amazon....I always try to buy from brick & moter first  but refuse to pay that much extra

Always smells good. Nice ambiance...relaxing, with a nice cafe attached for coffee and studying or hanging out. Good selection of books and other items. Staff is always friendly
