One of the reasons I like this Barnes & Noble is because it has a Starbucks inside of it. You get to read and sip on some coffee as well as do some work. It has free Wi-Fi but the strength of the signal is somewhat average in different parts of the store. The staff members are very kind and helpful. My kids love going there because the kids section is well stocked and they offer story reading sessions.

The Springfield Barnes & Noble is THE place to get books for folks on the go.  Whether you're on 95, 495, 395, or the Parkway, it's on your way.  Stuck in southbound traffic?  Stop by for an hour and check out the new bestsellers!  Grab a mocha!  Buy a book on tape for your commute!  They even have graphic novels so you can check out that original comic that your nerd friend told you was better than the movie.

They also just started a Buy Online Pick-up In Store function for if you just need to grab a book on your way and don't have time to browse (or if you KNOW you'll buy waaaay too much if you actually look around!)

Still my favorite bookstore. Close to home and large enough to care many many titles. I've never not found a book I'm seeking out at this store. Plus the staff is incredible.

Great for the books and cafe. Customer service is knowledgable and friendly. Later in the day/evening the men's room is usually destroyed. So make sure you go before you go.

A great bookstore with great staff. Everyone is helpful and they will offer to order any item they don't have in the store. Membership program has a lot of benefits. There's a small café, but be aware that the power outlets are scattered throughout the store and are not located in the cafe itself because of the original building design.
