The female employee there named Jen is SO RUDE, HATEFUL,  COLD, SNOOTY, and completely disregarded me when I asked for help. She didn't even look up the textbook I asked for and immediately told me to call a different campus for it. She turned it into a big deal and refused to help me and WITHHELD information. I had to ask for the manager because she was all-around mean-spirited and despicable. DO NOT ask her for help! She won't give it! She is a total jerk and has serious problems.

You can get the materials you need cheaper from Chegg or other online sources. Always very busy.
