So I signed up for a Barnes and Noble membership and added a kids club membership at the same time, at the store. I received ONE membership card. I had an automatic renewal from my checking account where they made ONE withdrawal every month. I cancelled my membership and automatic renewal in June of 2015 in person, at the store. They did not say, 'Hey, how about this other membership you opened at the same time that is also set up for auto renewal?

My bad for not paying attention (I thought I had taken care of it) but they have continued to automatically charge me $25 a year for the kids club membership. Why would I even know about it being an entirely separate membership if there was no indication of it? Anyway, they will only refund me for this last year. $50 more was what they would have had to return to make it right. They refused. If that's how Barnes & Noble treats the dwindling following of customers, I will be less surprised when they're next to close their doors.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. There's a lot of selection from books, magazines, toys, games, that you can pick from. The place is pretty neat too. Kinda pricey (in my opinion) than some stores, but they do offer discounts. Just ask them if they have some or search on the internet. You might be surprised to find a book that you think might not exist here. If there isn't, I believe you can order it online.

I'm at Starbucks tonight and the cashier took my order wrong and is trying to cover it up by lying and saying they don't actually have the drink I ordered. Yes they do. I got it last week. And it's on the Starbucks website. Everywhere has the dark mocha frapp. But rather than try to remedy the problem, she is lying to me and giving me an attitude. I'm very disappointed, I have never had a problem with the staff at this location. If I could rate my experience tonight a negative 5, I would.
