I have been shopping at my local Toys~R~Us for about a decade. This week I was calling for over an hour to check stock on a popular item with no answer. I didn't want to make the 20 min drive in the snow if they did not have the item. Fortunately the item was in stock after i drove to the store to check. I let the Girl that was working at the front of the store know they could have an issue with their phone because i had been calling for over an hour. She snarkly said "I am not a Toys r us call center and if i answered the phone I would be on it all night answering dumb questions. " 
 This was shocking. I should not have to drive 20 min to check stock on an item. Poor service. :(

Best place to buy Legos that I've found so far. There are enough good deals to justify a one stop toy shopping experience for most people.

For being Black Friday it was a bit chaotic but surprisingly well organized and the lines were not too long and almost everything we're looking for we found and we were not there early. They had some good deals and helped with Christmas. Normally we don't do the Black Friday thing but tried it again this year and glad we did.
