I love this store! I ordered some large frames online from Michaels and both of them came poorly packaged and broken, they were shipped separately. The clerk at the store exchanged my frames without any hassle. They were so kind. When I called customer support @ headquarters to tell them they were broken, they were rude and didn't care that they came broken even though I paid extra for shipping of large frames. So lesson learned, don't order frames online. Just go to this store because they were so much nicer. I hope this store doesn't go away.

Michael's is a fun craft store with lots of variety. The staff is friendly, candid and always ready to help. The shelves and displays are always tidy and presentable even though people rifle through them frequently. You can expect to find that special little thing you were looking for, and probably more.

Went and did the kids free craft. 
The room is too small, and there is only one door to go in and out of so it gets crowded/full fast and a line forms blocking the way out. But the turn around was quick so there wasn't more than a 10 min wait, but that's still not fun with little ones. 
But the room is clean, and the ladies running it did great considering the space  (out of their control). The store is well stocked and clean.

I had excellent customer service and was able to find everything I needed easily. The isles are labeled clearly so you can find what you're looking for fast.

The cashier was so helpful! The store has a great selection. They are a little pricey but have some great sales and coupons.
