I like many other people I had a lapse in judgment. When i was arrested the cop was so reassuring that this is not going to be a big deal. He talked all buddy, buddy to me and acted as if he was my friend and that everything would be pled down with no problem. Once i was released i contacted a boss a my employment and found out what a big deal this really was. I know this was no time to take another chance with a possible good lawyer so I sought out the best. Patrick Barone was vary eager and understanding of my situation and wasted no time in addressing my concerns. Once the case was going though the court system it was like bad went to worse every time we went to court. I was originally written for a OWI then it was up charged to a Super Drunk because I blew a .17 and at this point I was at risk of losing my career. We had reached out to the prosecutor multiple times with out any luck. I was feeling like the whole world was out to get me. Patrick was alway reassuring and optimistic. It was literally 2 days before asking for trial by jury and the prosecutor approached Patrick at another court house in the area. The prosecutor then reduced the charge to a standard OWI. Patrick was vary  supportive though out and even after the case was over. I still have my Career thanks to Patrick Barone.

Attorney Patrick Barone was very helpful and helped me understand the charge and sentence absolutely clearly. He also guided me through step by step helping me form a statement. His instructions were clear and detailed. It was obvious he cared about me understanding every important detail within my case. I would absolutely recommend this defense firm to anyone in need.

No parent wants to receive the dreadful phone call… that your son/daughter has been arrested for drunk driving.  At first a feeling of panic and despair set in and you may wonder what happens next?  From the moment that I called the Barone Defense Firm I was confident that we had made the right decision.  As a Mom I wanted the best representation for my son and we chose Patrick Barone because he is simply the best at DUI defense.    
Throughout my son’s case, Patrick was quick to reply to all of our emails and phone calls.  He was always professional and guided us through every step of the legal process.  Patrick never promised any specific outcome, but he certainly did deliver results.  
Aside from Patrick’s talent and expertise, what truly sets Patrick apart from other attorneys is his compassion for his clients and his drive to see his clients reclaim their lives.  Patrick is a remarkable attorney and has guided my son towards resources that can help him learn from this unfortunate experience.  It is extremely reassuring to have Patrick on your side.

I have had the pleasure of working with Patrick Barone, Brian Corby and the team at Barone Defense Firm for the past 7 years in various business activities.  Over these years I've come to know Patrick and his team on a professional and personal level.

The thing that has really impressed me is how Patrick puts people first - employees and clients.  His major concern is that his employees love the work they do and love where they do the work.  This passion shows in the high level of respect and ability all of the team at Barone believes - doing what is best for their clients.  From the first impression they make, to the sound legal advice, to making sure their clients feel comfortable and confident in a disturbing situation, to the court date, to getting the most favorable situation possible and even after the case is closed, they truly care about their clients!  

You could go to most any law firm and be treated as another item on the docket or utilize Barone Defense Firm where you are a person whose situation is truly important and cared about by Barone Defense Firm team - all while getting great results.  That is what a real client first law firm provides!

The Barone Defense Firm is the firm I recommend.  They are truly concerned about the person, not just the legal issue, but the person as well.  They are the most knowledgeable defense firm that I am aware of, having actually written the book on DWI Defense.  If you are faced with a DWI you will not find a more professional and skilled law firm.  But, most importantly, they care about how the accused individual recovers his or her life when the case is complete.  Very remarkable group of lawyers.
