Since 1982, our founding attorney, Raymond J. Sterling, has represented both employers and employees in legal matters. Whether representing workers in employment discrimination cases or counseling companies that need legal advice, Ray and his team of skilled attorneys fight tirelessly to obtain the best results for their clients.

My experience with Sterling Attorneys was outstanding!  I had a difficult situation with exiting my previous employer.  Ray did an excellent job of walking me through the options that were available to me and in working with me to develop a plan for addressing them.  We successfully negotiated an agreement that was was fair and agreeable to both parties.  Ray and his team were always available and very responsive.  I strongly recommend Sterling Attorneys to anyone in need of legal services!

I would like to thank Raymond Sterling for the kindness and respect he conveyed to me regarding a deeply troubling job loss after over 20 years of loyal and high-quality service to an employer. He listened to my concerns, looked over my paperwork, and gave me wise and helpful counsel regarding my situation. He took all aspects of the job loss into consideration and gave me what I felt were honest and straightforward answers to all my questions. With the resolution of this matter, thanks to attorney Sterling, I am able to move forward to a new chapter in my life. I asked for an appointment to meet with a lawyer and here is their response :
" If that is what you prefer, please contact our assistant dawn estes to make an appointment. Please be aware that this will be billed to you on an hourly basis and there will be a significant retainer amount which she will discuss with you. "

I called about a case and the lady that answered hung up and started picking up and hanging up the phone. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I dont suggest anyone call these UNPROFESSIONAL people..

Sterling Attorneys At Law, and specifically the attorney who took on my case (James Baker), were beyond professional in his handling of litigation against my former employer.  Mr. Baker was extremely knowledgeable, accessible and was quite frankly the best attorney I have ever worked with.  His service was invaluable to getting the best outcome possible and I believe that no other attorney or firm would have worked as diligently and honestly.  I would strongly advise if you need to defend yourself or go up against an employer that Sterling Attorneys is your first call.
