I have taken my dry cleaning and had some tailoring done at Baroni's less than a dozen times, and generally been pleased. Sadly, I brought them a small, children's pillow with childhood Easter bunny-like characters embroidered on the front that I wanted Baroni's to dry clean. It was my first daughter's favorite pillow as a toddler. She's now almost 41 yrs old and kept it all these many years. She's also pregnant and wants to give it to her first born child so I insisted it be taken to Baroni's to be dry cleaned and have a "hidden" zipper added to the pillow. When I returned to pick it up from Baroni's, I was told it was lost by the company that they outsource their dry cleaning to (I was not aware they outsourced their dry cleaning). My daughter, her mother, and I were devastated at the loss of this precious family heirloom. Baroni offered a small discount for future items brought to them but would not provide me with the name of the company they outsourced to and seemingly made a weak effort to urge the outsourced dry cleaning company to make a more enthusiastic effort to locate this easily identifiable pillow that has tons of sentimental and family history value to us. For this loss and their minimal effort to locate this very important family heirloom, I will never take my business to them again nor will I recommend them to anyone...quite the opposite.

Firstly, I came to the mall for a sale shopping. And one of the shirts I purchase from the mall had a hole on the bottom. So I came straight here recommended by the employee at the mall shop. They did an incredible job while I waited in the tailor shop. I didn't pay much and it was a .5 hole. So I just decided to give a tip which she earned. I will be coming back here for other alterations as well as dry cleaning. The location is great, you can shop and get clothes fitted to your certain need.

Appalling! I went in to get my pants that I had left to be hemmed. The manager (she made sure I was aware she was the manager) told me she would NOT give me my pants because she couldn't find me in her system and I didn't have my ticket. Okay, I can get it, but wouldn't there be other ways to find my items? She was incredibly rude, abrasive, and hostile. Come to find out, they put my name and phone number in their system incorrectly (and blamed me for it). I even stated I would write a bad review (which by the way I NEVER do) and her response was, "I don't care you can put it on the internet, in the newspaper and tell your friends, I don't care." It was after I left that she called my number to tell me she figured it out. I sent my husband. When he arrived, he stated she was immediately apologetic. He told her I was upset and he has a small business, so was open to what she had to say. He had asked her if getting a description of the items (very distinctive brands of jeans) would have been an option. She stated she couldn't even get there! What?! He told her that in order to keep customers she should really consider being a little more helpful and not so hostile and rude. She apologized again. 

I went here because the previous orders were AMAZING! The nicest people. I have taken many items to the location in the past. These new owners are HORRIBLE!!!! I found out later she is the daughter of the owner. 

I do not recommend this cleaners/tailor. There are plenty of others in the vicinity that are appreciative of their customers. I should have looked on Yelp before I went here after the new owners sold) I would have gone elsewhere. I am so incredibly disappointed.
