Always nice things and cute clothes. Inexpensive also. Not very organized and some of the shelves look like they're not stocked well. Otherwise I love it.

I  usually love marshalls and for the most part this location is no exception.  I am a bit miffed though, because I came in to return a dress my mom had picked up for me thinking I would wear it to a wedding I was attending. Needless to say, I did not want the dress so she asked me to go ahead and return it and use the money towards some jewelry or shoes or something. The tag was still on the dress, but she had clearly ripped off the "sale" sticker which in turn ripped part of the bar code off of the tag. but keep in mind, the tag CLEARLY SAID that it was from Marshalls. I took the dress in and tried to return it. The lady behind the counter was very nice, but told me that I couldn't return it because the bar code was missing and I didn't have the receipt. I was a little bit annoyed but I called my mom to see if she still had the receipt, and she did not. I then explained this only to be told that I couldn't return the dress even for store credit! What!? The dress is clearly marked as being from Marshalls, and it clearly hasn't been worn. Very frustrating experience.
