My family and I want to thank Mario Barquin and his staff from the bottom of our hearts. Mario was there every step of the way in this hard process six months ago when we had the service for my late husband. Mario was there every step of the way. Any questions we had he answered them right away. His facility is new and beautiful. It's a great place to celebrate and honor the lives of our loved ones that passed on. Definitely not the typical gloomy funeral home. I can't praise Mario and his staff enough. They went above and beyond for my family. It was truly a blessing to find you!

After much research, I decided it was time to visit the Barquin Funeral Home a few weeks ago. My grandmother was ill and we had to be prepared for the worst. I first visited the funeral home and spoke with Betsy who gave me an estimate of the funeral service. Within 2 weeks I was back to speak to Mario and Betsy because our grandmother passed away. Once I notified them of my grandmother passing away, the service was held just 2 days later. The location itself is extremely beautiful. There is a kids room so the kids stay entertained, a little kitchen area and a beautiful lounge area. When I walked into the room and saw my grandmother, I cried. My entire family cried. Why? Because the work they did was extraordinary. My grandmother looked just like she did prior to getting sick. My family members all said they felt at peace because she really looked like she was just sleeping. All the requests we asked for, the day of the service, were done without questions asked. Betsy, tú eres una estrella. From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU. The work you did on my grandmother was stellar. You are a true asset to the funeral home. I know we said thank you so many times but just know that you are very appreciated. Mario, you are an amazing human being. Thank you for putting up with all of my questions and all the unexpected visits. You were very detailed with your answers and made us feel assured that we picked the right place to care for our grandmother. From start to finish, everyone was extremely professional, compassionate and gracious. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a location for funeral services.

The family needed a place to call home when laying a great man, father, and husband to rest. Barquin funeral home showed the upmost Compassion and care. Mario Barquin was exceptional and professional. Would highly recommend. Thank you Mario

Our family recently endured the loss of our father and we decided to use Barquin Funeral Home for the funeral services. The funeral director, Mario Barquin, was exemplary. I have never gone through something like this before and I was hoping I would have the aid and guidance of a director that could help me navigate all of the details and minutia that have to be taken care of. Mario did all of that, and more. He picked up the phone every time I called. He answered every question I had thoroughly. At one point, a video that we had prepared had some audio trouble and Mario worked on it on his own and got it working for us, making my me and mom truly happy. As for the facility, it is state of the art! The decor is modern and refined...not what you expect in your typical funeral home, which tend to be dark, depressing, and often accompanied by a foul smell. Barquin Funeral Home is the exact opposite of that. There is even a small children's room with a TV and miniature furniture. All of our guests and attendees said they had never been in such a beautiful home. On the day of the burial, Mario and his crew worked traffic at major intersections and had all of the flowers ready for us to go by the time we got to the cemetery. Mario is a true gentlemen and a professional. Besides his attention to detail, he's just a very personable guy that I'm sure you will be happy with. If you've suffered a loss and looking for a funeral home and director that will decrease (and not add) to your burdens, call Barquin Funeral Home.
