They handled the needs of my Aunt when she passed.  I was not local so much needed to be handled via mail/email.  Also, billing for services was handled very well.  The rest home who still had funds in her account was supposed to be billed and that was handled very well (thanks also to the Jewish Home in Manhattan for that!).  When I needed copies of paperwork or had a question they were always quick to get back with whatever I needed.

I can't say enough great things about this Funeral Home.  The entire staff was excellent with regard to service and compassion.  They attended to every last detail and were very helpful with suggestions to make the wake and funeral of my mom as emotionally easy as possible.  I truly felt that the staff cared about my family.  I highly recommend this facility.

Please be aware that the Redden's Funeral Home is offering services through a third party Horne Dannecker O'Connor.  Mr. Sean O'Connor who was just arrested due to a PONZI Scheme was arrested for fraudulent activity.  He was making deals for funeral pre-arrangements and funeral services and keeping the money.  I was a victim of this PONZI SCHEME and it's a good thing I found out about him as the District Attorney already had a few open cases.  How sick is he preying on the weak at the worse time of their lives.  I am so glad he was arrested and charged.  I know he lost his license but people will sell their souls to the devil for capital gain $$.  Be careful who you take your business to.  Don't be fooled by "a good deal" you may wind up with nothing.

Everything was carried out perfectly and the staff was very helpful and obliging. The cosmetic job done  on my sister was beautiful. I recommend this funeral to everyone who has the need for their services.
