Replacing my roof was a pleasant experience. Braden helped through the whole process and guided me with the insurance rep to make sure everything was covered. Step by step he handled it. I was very stress free and confident with their expertise ! Made my first encounter awesome! 
        Bartlett homes took good care of me and I even met the owner. I was happy to know his uncle cracked the whip when he was young and starting out. Resulting in good solid work.I loved  the fact they gave great customer service with his reps!! Trusted them with my own Mother. She got the same care and roof replacement !

I was impressed right off the bat that i didn't have to make a deposit or partial payment to get things started.  The crew worked fast, and though they didn't get the stove pipe for my fireplace put back correctly the first time, they were able to get back in a reasonable amount of time before i needed to start using it.  There was a bit of a language barrier at first with the roofer, but i was able to show him the problem and had to help him get it installed properly.

The end result is great!

The customer service provided by Dan as my first contact was outstanding. He answered questions and provided help through the entire process. The production contacts of Rob and Blake kept me completely updated so that I understood the process and time line. Was just a little surprised when the production crew showed up at 4:03 in the afternoon, but they finished up and cleaned up by 6:30. They did leave behind 2 strips of staples when they left. Those strips may have been missed because they were in the general area where the trailer was parked. I have recommended Bartlett to a couple of friends.

I called Bartlett homes after seeing an ad and had Andrew come do a free roof inspection. He was fantastic. He fit me into his schedule as soon as possible, was very professional and willing to do whatever needed to be done. We got a brand new roof quickly, with no stress and Bartlett did all the in between work with insurance. I would recommend them to anyone!

A+ rating. They were prompt and understood my problems. They were even available after hours which sped up the whole process. 

The work was professional and he even found a few little extra issues that he fixed, no charged. Thanks Bartlett!
