Paradigm was an absolute pleasure to work with.  Josh was so kind in educating this old lady on all of the ins and outs of my roof and answered his personal cell phone for all of my silly questions.  I'm so thankful for all of the wonderful people, Kailee, Jenna, Cole and Josh for the amazing work they did.  Thanks kids, I appreciated all of your patience and kindness through all of this.

I definitely recommend calling Paradigm Roofing Group!  When I initially called, Stephanie (pictured) was my first person of contact and she couldn't have been more charismatic.  Her positive personality was contagious!  I only needed to have a few shingles replaced.  Granted, it wasn't a major roof replacement, but I was treated like it was the most important job they had.  They were honest, professional, dependable and informative on every step of the job.  Thank you, Josh, for replacing my missing shingles!!  I didn't 'shop' around with any other companies (didn't feel like I needed to after speaking with Stephanie), so I can't comment on whether or not their prices are competitive.  Thank you Paradigm Roofing Group!!

I had Paradigm install a roof for me in Boise they did the work and I paid them and everything was great until the company that supplied the materials told me that the materials were not paid for by Paradigm and they are going to put a lien on my property.

Andrew and Josh Adams are slimy thieving liars. I talked to Andrew and told me one story and Josh Adams called me and told me another story.

I am going to see a lawyer today and hope it gets resolved. 

The company that supplied the materials were actually very polite and apologized for having to meet under these circumstances.

Paradigm Roofing in fantastic!  They educate you, provide quality work, and products for your roof.  Josh made sure that we were taken care of, and the everything was done right.  They warranty their work.  You can trust them to have a well done roof.  
We had a roof leak, and because it of where it was, Josh counseled us to have a huge portion of the roof re-done.  At first we were hesitant, because it was such a large project.  But we went ahead and followed his wisdom.  We are so thankful that we did.  While in the process of pulling up the shingles, they found a gaping hole in our roof, due to poor installation from the builder of the home (in addition to the roof leak that we had). Paradigm Roofing saved us from future thousands of dollars of interior damage. We are so grateful for them. 
We will defiantly have them do a roof inspection/ do our roof (if we build) on our next home.

Paradigm’s pricing matching of other A+ roofing vendors comes with a lot of baggage.  It has been clear to my wife during our 15 month continual issues with Paradigm that they do not have the employee size and bandwidth to do the work properly and not fulfill their promises.  I also recommend they come up with a better system or CRM to keep track of customer data and communicate within their company.

As of this writing on 10/26, Paradigm has not completed their task of fixing the damage that has been done to our home due to poor installation of their products.  I really don’t want to be “that guy” and seem like I am a long winded psycho, but our experience with them has been truly crazy and disappointing.  I wish I could include it all in this review.  Everything from repeated damages, poor callbacks, racial slurs by an employee, and poor accountability.

To summarize this is that I had to spent personal funds to hire inspectors, meet them at my house during work time (lost productivity), and overall grief dealing with this company the last 15 months. 

So if my experience can help you, please do not hire this company for roofing work or repair.
