I am a neophyte owner of a used hot tub. I had accidentally changed the control settings and could not figure out how to correct them. I walked into the store yesterday - for the first time - and was taken care of by Felix and Sebastian, who were both extremely helpful -- and Felix went above and beyond to fix my problem. They made me a loyal customer yesterday.
