Usually have a good experience. Go every other week for almost a year now. Today I went in and asked them to fix a couple of my nails. I got the powder dip this afternoon. Went back later in the day and simply asked for a clear coat. They asked me to show them the issues. Some sides of my nails were soft still and never hardened. The top coat didn’t cover 4/10 tips of my nails properly. When I showed them the soft nails the guy yelled at me to stop doing it and acted extremely annoyed that I was simply asking for another clear coat. Needless to say, I didn’t even let them put the extra coat on after being yelled at. Usually a frequent customer- never a customer again. It’s a shame.

I always go to Ethan Nails for my pedicures and manicures.  Their space is pretty and relaxing.  The staff do a beautiful job.  They're friendly and extremely good at what they do, especially the spa pedicure!  I go during off-times, and even then they have clients, but they always manage to fit me in so I don't have to wait.  Prices very reasonable.  I highly recommend Ethan Nails!!
