We had a wonderful experience using Barton's Family Funeral Service during a very difficult period losing Mom. The Bartons were comforting, extremely helpful and never tried to 'upsell us' at a time when we were grieving. Theirs is a beautiful facility and the products sold are organized for easy viewing. These kind people made a difficult situation so much easier.

More stress at an already stressful time. We shopped ahead buying funeral insurance specifically to reduce stress at time of death, including picking caskets arranging viewing etc. We understood that it would be ONE phone call at time of death, and they would take care of things. After the one phone call, we got notified by the hospital asking why the body hadn't been picked up. Then when we contacted the funeral home they didn't have a record of the casket, and it felt like they wanted to nickel and dime us over costs which we had already went over before. They did eventually find the file but it was an unpleasant, stressful experience and added stress at an already stressful time!

Losing a loved one is difficult enough, but the great folks at Barton Funeral Home made the process much easier to handle for us all after losing my mother-in-law. Pat was attentive, sympathetic and thorough. There were no hidden costs or surprises ~ so much appreciated at this time. Thank you Barton folks! We will be back, but hopefully not too soon.

We just spent what turned out to be a memorable week attending my grandfather's funeral in Seattle and I have to say that the funeral home and the people at Bartons made everything so much easier. When my uncle told me what the funeral cost and I later asked a few questions around here, I was amazed that a funeral in a big city like Seattle can be done for so much less than in my home town in Texas. Pat Barton was so kind and I found out she has grandchildren that live close to us. What a small world. So I just want to publicly say thanks to Pat and Stan and everybody that helped.
