So Dr. Bashi did a root canal the day after my husband was killed. I waited for the call regarding my crown and when it did not come I called and left a message. At the time apparently there was going to be a huge out of pocket cost. After trying to take care of my deceased husbands company, the fact that I couldn't work, and all the expenses surrounding it I couldn't come up with the money to take care of it. When my tooth broke off I called to schedule an appointment and was told that Dr. Bashi removed me from the practice. No notice, no letter, no phone call and when I asked for an explanation she didn't have one. Real classy. What they are doing is sucking medicaid patients in and then after doing part of the procedure they jack up the part for the second half. Essentially a bait and switch. Initially I thought he was decent for a medicaid dentist, but now it's obvious he's in it for the quick buck. Sending a complaint to the dental board as well.

If you're looking for a good dentist in the the springs I recommend Dr. Bashi, he is great and good, and the staff there are awesome and nice and welcoming

His hygienist is great but his chair side manner is definitely lacking.  I have severe anxiety with dentists and he acted like he could care less.  He left glue all over the crown he put on and he didnt fit it correctly.  It took him several times to do it and it still isn't correct.  When I run my tongue across the inside of the crown, I cab actually feel where there is a small gap between the crown and my actual tooth.  At first I thought it was glue since he left a mess of it on there that I had to leave with.  He gets irritated if you question anything he's doing.  He wants to get it over with so you will leave.  (At least that is the impression I got from him.) I'm still searching for a good dentist for me and my kids.  The only good thing is he will let you make payments.  It's not quality work though so to me, there's no point going back.  If you have Medicaid, be prepared for medicaid quality.  :(

I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Bashi's office! They are all so friendly and so helpful. They make you feel comfortable. They treated my significant other and baby girl so great. I just got implants and everything is healing beautifully and they even called me to see how I was doing ! Will always go to them!

Do not go to Dr.Bashi. He is a a horrible dentist. My mother went to him for a denture supported by implants. He placed the implants wrong and the denture did not fit. My mother had to go to a real dentist to have the wrongly placed implants removed. We confronted Dr. Bashi on the unprofessional of his mistreatment and he quickly tried to pay my mother off with a settlement.
