ABSOLUTELY THE BEST DENTAL OFFICE!!!! Dr. B and staff are top notch in dental care and customer service. I have severe dental anxiety and used to go to several chain dentists. This place accommodates my anxiety/sensitivity needs each and every time. Have kids? Then you MUST bring them here. Dr. B with kids is like the absolute best thing I think I've ever seen in a medical place. Seriously TOP NOTCH!!!

Dr. B has done a lot of good work for me. The office overall is not the best fit for me, so I'm moving on, but several bridges were very high quality.

Three aspects of my experience here I would like to share:
1) My experience at this dentist was the worst I have ever experienced of 5 dentists for myself or 3 others for my family. When I went in with some pain in my gums, typical diagnostic procedures and due diligence were not done, which led to 3 subsequent visits, an infection and referral to an endodontist. I was put through the worst pain I have ever had at a dentist when poor judgement and not enough local anesthetic were used when doing a crown.
2) My insurance was fraudulently billed twice for the same procedure, which led to me paying the bill, which was threatened to be sent to collections.
3) They charge to process medical / dental records even if they are not printed, which is a violation of HIPAA laws since records are the patient's and should only be charged 'at cost' for things like printing if required.
Finally, I would not ever recommend this dentist office or Dr. Baumgardner to anyone for any reason. Find someone trustworthy and skilled. If this is deleted, it is because they only want the "good reviews" left up for people to see.

I've been looking for a good dental office in Colorado Springs for years now,  and i think i found it. Professional staff. Careful,  knowledgeable and meticulous hygienists. Dr. B takes the time to get to know you in a genuine way. Great first experience. I will be back.

I absolutely love working with the staff at Briargate Dental! Everyone is so nice and Dr. Baumgardner is so knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend!
