I have been coming to this bike shop since I was a child and honestly have nothing bad to say. Always kind, always very helpful. I could not imagine Alan talking down to anyone, it’s not his style!  Give them a try!

Brought in my daughter's bottom-of-the-line Walmart Schwinn for repair of deraileur. They understood that I did not want to pour a lot of money into this bike, and did not look to replace anything that could be simply bent back into shape. They also did not try to make me feel bad for having such a "cheap" bike or try to sell me a better model (tons of them in plain view). Best of all, they fixed it in less than one hour so that my daughter could get back to riding that very day!  They also pointed out that the brakes needed adjusting (safety issue) and that the kickstand was loose. All of this fixed for $60. **This is no longer "Bike Line" so if you had a bad experience with that shop, maybe give them another chance.
