On 2/16/18 I purchased a chocolate dipped waffle cone and 2 scoops of black walnut ice cream. I had a surprise of a long piece of hair inside of my 2nd scoop🤢. I called and complained and all she said was sorry, no future discount or any replacements. Definitely not sanitary and no hair nets. BE CAREFUL

We went today because my 3 yr old wanted ice cream. It was 130pm and there was a sign on the the door that read "will open shortly" with a smiley face. We went next door to eat phone. Got back and still closed. Daughter ended up crying while I apologized to her. If you have to leave during business hours be professional and get a back up.

Very bad in terms of every month 31st half price offer which will not be there sometimes after 6pm and sometimes not at all... you will not come to know until you pay.
